What's the difference between a podcast, blog and webinar?

Im trying to gen up on all the platforms out there and it's a flipping minefield!

So Ive come across podcast, blogging and a webinar...can someone in simple terms explain!

Podcast is regular audio
Webinar is a one off video
Blogging is regular piece of writing (vlogging is regular piece of video)

I will take part in two webinars next week and DD's uni courses have them, too:
like seminars / classes, just online via teams, zoom, go to meeting and other platforms

Podcast = audio recording, like a radio show, but available to listen to on demand
Blog = written content, to read online
Webinar = audio and visual online presentation.

None of these is a platform. Platforms are where these things are hosted. For example, you might look for podcasts at podbean or iTunes; you might record one using zencastr. Blogs might be at medium.com. You could host a webinar with Zoom. Etc.

Podcast = a host speaking to a guest about a defined topic. EG Giovanna Fletcher has a podcast about parenting and chats to a famous mum or an industry expert in each episode about a parenting topic

Blog = a written account about a topic. EG beauty blogger writing about skincare

Webinar = like a lecture/presentation about a topic. Usually long-ish, maybe 30 mins or an hour. Speaker presents to the camera or shares slides. Attendees vidw

Webinar is a portmanteau word of web and seminar = online seminar.

A podcast might also be a normal radio programme downloaded to listen to at your leisure, eg a comedy show, a drama or investigative series.

Webinars are generally more formal, a lecture or other talk, designed to convey information to an audience, but given online instead of in person.
