Photobox for personalised jigsaw puzzles - has anyone used?

I want to order a personalised puzzle for my grandad's birthday but the Ravensburger lead time is too long and would miss his birthday. I could get it from Photobox but was looking for reviews - is it decent quality?

Or if anyone knows of a different company that could do this for me, please recommend!

I have a friend who buys us these every Christmas. They are definitely good quality - nothing to choose between them and Ravensburger.
