With the boredom and general shite going on I seem to have no willpower. I know I'll feel better if I eat more healthily, get off my phone and read a book, have fizzy water instead of wine, avoid impulsive online shopping etc.

None of this is massively harmful, but I feel weak. I have no willpower. Everything feels overwhelming and I'm trying to cheer myself up with quick fixes. Anyone else?

I've been doing more reading than ever but still lots of Internet use as well.. I dont really mind too much about that
For me the big issue is the food. I've spiralled out of all control with sugar... I've been eating entire tubs of hagen daas by myself and I dont even try not to... whats the point?

DH and I have been low key arguing about this in lockdown...he wants to buy takeaways/nice food and I keep reminding him we are meant to be saving for a deposit.

I could probably chill out a bit tbh.

Hmm. It does seem a case of just trying to survive and get through the days at the moment but when this became a long term situation I should have reined it in a bit.

Now I'm fat, drink 2 bottles of wine a week (not all at once!) and have the attention span of a gnat.

Ah well. Could be worse
