Craving takeaway - any good recipes?

Am desperately resisting ordering takeaway food for both financial and dietary reasons!

Have you got any good recipes that taste like their takeaway version?

I am SO BORED of all our dishes so just something different would be a treat!

If you like curry and can invest some time/effort, I highly recommend Misty Ricardo. Look on his website and/or You Tube.

I got the idea from someone on MN so thanks to whoever that was!

You need to spend half a day prepping some things but once you have a batch of 'gravy' and spice mix, you can knock up a really decent takeaway style curry in about 20 minutes.
