Ideas for Gifts for Friend

My friend is going into hospital on Monday to have a kidney removed.
She's obviously allowed no visitors and will be there for about 3 nights.

I've already bought some bits for when she comes out: book, magazines, chocolate etc

Any ideas what I could get her for going into hospital?

Slippers, she will have to wear them when walking around and pre surgery. Otherwise its medial issue socks for her.

Otherwise a dressing gown for similar reasons. Pack of nice face wipes, body cleansing wipes, chewing gum, portable phone charger, book to read, dry shampoo, some cereal bars- all useful if she ends up being kept in and cant get to use the shower or stomach the food if she is feeling sick post-op.

Nice soap and hand cream? Cologne spray to banish hospital smells? Snacks like Graze in case the hospital food is desperate?

has she got headphones so that she can listen to the radio on her phone?
