Help!! Business plan ideas please?

I know this is cheating a bit but I have to mock up a business plan for a course I'm doing. My mind has gone completely blank. If anyone has any unique ideas it's for a well known American Italian chain restaurant ☺️ thank you!

Can you focus it on COVID-19 and the next 12 months? How they plan do re open, marketing etc. Mail shots etc etc?

Or develop a takeaway/delivery element if they don't do it already?

Do they offer a cookery course with a starter, main and desert people could be shown how to make? You could do that online also.

I've been thinking about Covid would be easier if we hadn't been allowed to open then closed down again 😫 all the safety measures are there unless I expand on them massively it's so hard!
