Loaf soufflé sofa

Going by another recent thread, lots of people hate loaf sofas! But I am drawn to the soufflé one. Does anyone have it? I like the classic but simple lines...

No idea what they are like... what's wrong with them? I just googled and they look like...sofas

I own a loaf sofa but not the soufflé. Mine has feather back pillows and feather-wrapped-foam seat cushions which seems to be marmite/the problem of loaf sofas as people say they go flat and require plumping (mine is less than a month old so not a problem yet) but you should be fine with the soufflé as it’s all fixed and doesn’t need fluffing.

Forgot to add, I have the taller legs on mine and that feels the perfect height so don’t know how low down the sofa will feel with the regular (tiny) legs.

Thank you @marjolaine

Having done a house renovation I am finally upgrading some furniture and feeling a bit lost!! Keep doubting my own taste and how much I should spend...

We have a Loaf sofa. I hate it with a passion. The cushions on the seats go out of shape instantly. We’ve also had a bed from them (terrible terrible quality), and a table (delivered scratched). I wouldn’t ever buy from there again (and I am such a sucker for their marketing!)

Oh dear, maybe I will hold off for a while...

I'm another one who had a bad experience with a Loaf sofa. The seat cushions went flat almost instantly. I had foam ones made up. To be fair, Loaf payed for them. Very much style over comfort/substance. The Soufflé might be ok though, given it's style.

I have the soufflé. Also have the Dixie. Love them both as they look gorgeous all the time...,no plumping!! The sprung nature of them means they look good all the time. The feather sofas are super comfy but I'd never have them as they look way too messy when you get off them and are too high maintenance.

I have the clever velvet and for our soufflé opted for the yellow clever velvet. Brave but it washes well and no regrets.

Defo get the high legs though. You can always exchange if you're not keen though (either way, as they just screw on)

I couldn’t buy a sofa from a company that gives them such obnoxious, vomit inducing names. Squisharoo? Sugar bum? Cuddlemuffin?

@ilovewinterpansies - thank you - is the soufflé comfortable? My teen dd is keen to get something “comfy” but I also want it to look good!

@Notcontent the soufflé is in our main living room (kitchen diner) and is used alllllll the time. Super comfy, it's very wide/deep which makes a big difference. But it's more like a bed than a sofa so it really depends what you like. It's not so much a sink into it type but more of a nice to lie on but maybe too firm for others type.

Basically and I'm sorry to say this but I reckon when others say you'd better try I think you'd better try. Because it's a bit personal. But I love mine!!! I really hate squishy sofas that I have to roll off...they're amazing to sink into but then awful to get yourself off! So just depends what you want and where it's for. Happy to dm you pics of mine if you want 😊
