Hi all,
I started using this App yesterday, and so far I like it, its so easy to use.....Has anyone had results using this? I find looking at what I am consuming calorie wise a real motivation.

Yes, I prefer it to my fitness pal. Lost 2 1/2 stone since I started using it 6 months ago. But you need to log everything-sauces, cooking oil, drinks etc. You can track according to what your aiming for (e.g. low fat, low carb, 5:2) and there’s a custom setting. My only gripe is that it counts 160g of one veg as 2 separate portions, but I think only one counts towards your 5 a day as it needs to be 5x 80g portions of different fruit/veg.

Wow thats fantastic, well done! I have just over 2 1/2 stone to lose.....yes I've been adding everything including cooking oil, spread ect! Had roasted veg, cooked with a little olive oil tonight which I struggled to add accurately.

I really like the app. I just don't want to pay for it 😩

I prefer it to MFP too. I like the pictures and the fact that the measurements are more UK centric than MFP. I think I pay £3.99 a month for the app. I don't mind doing that as I figure I'm saving that on not buying the crap which was causing me to gain weight!!

I also like the fact that I can build recipes and come back to them later and edit the portions etc
