Hoping someone can help me here, I am writing a book and I want to include the water windmill thing but I cant remember what they're actually called and Google has no idea what I'm on about.
They are wooden and look a bit like bike wheels, they're on the side of buildings and scoop up the water... hopefully someone knows what I'm on about, thanks!
