Integrated dishwasher help needed!

My integrated dishwasher that was here when I bought my house has finally broken. I'm trying to work out which size I need to order and struggling!
Do I need to measure the whole height from the underside of the worktop to the bottom of the kickboard or just to to top of the kickboard?

Whole height, there are usually adjustable feet. You need to allow for door clearance too, our plinth had to be trimmed.

Have you got the instruction booklet for the existing dishwasher? Have a look in there for the specifications & the dimensions should be there too.

To the bottom of the kick board but most are a standard height - 85 cms. You need to work out the width: regular or slimline. The type of fitted door you have is probably the most difficult to workout. AO have an online guide to help you work out what you need.

When we needed to replace our integrated dishwasher, we googled to see which models were suitable.

Have you got the instruction booklet for the existing dishwasher? Have a look in there for the specifications & the dimensions should be there too.

This is what I did.

If not, remove the kick board, which has to go anyway, and measure the machine you have.

On the inside of the door should be make and model. Google it then you'll find out size and can find a new one that fits.
