I don't know why I was so surprised by how shaking a massive tub of spices upside down ended up, but yet I still was

Who else is messing up entirely predictable things

(On the upside, kitchen smells amazing and floor is also a lot cleaner than was planned for today)

I've just clipped DHs hair out in the garden. He brought his coffee out with him and was surprised when it got hair in it. I was surprised he was surprised, I'd assumed he'd put his hand over it.

The toaster. Hot bread jumps out if it. Every time. Catches me out.

I am constantly surprised by my door knobs grabbing ahold of me as I pass by and yanking me back. I hate them in that moment and threaten to burn them. They smirk knowing I can't, bastards.

Papery you and your toaster put me in mind of the Fearsome Vikings who jump at everything in Sorry I've got No Head!

If I don't actually turn the oven on, my cakes won't actually cook.

I have also been surprised by my oven's inability to cook unaided on a few occasions

That having a Husky ensures all food is garnished with white hairs...

The sheer amount of clothes I own. I mean I bought them all so shouldn’t be surprised but Jesus! Could actually open up a shop here

I have a piece of furniture in my bedroom that I regularly catch clothing on Tipsey. Would take less time to move it slightly than it over time takes to back up and unhook myself, but yet it remains unmoved
