Ok so I bought some earrings by a particular designer from a store website (and not direct from the designers website). I know they do sell in stores but my other pieces I have bought directly from them.
So - usually their items arrive in beautiful jewellery boxes with ribbon - but this is a plain box with the designers name stamped on the top (and one piece is bent!).
Have I been sold a dud? Or do jewellers just use their own (cheaper) boxes and I’ve been unlucky with the bent item?
