Pregnancy after lletz

Hi I have just recently found out I’m pregnant (8weeks) I had the lletz procedure back in august 2020 I had my follow up appointment today where I have found out that they have took 1.6cm of cervix I am worried about how this is now going to effect my pregnancy and if anyone has had a similar experience?

I had lletz when dc 1 6m old. I had dc2 17m.later, pregnancy was fine.
