She is singing about an experience she had when she was in Japan and she speaks most of the lyrics..."I/we went sightseeing today- I went to the Imperial Palace...I love, I Love..." and later on she sings "Ohh Keito" while some bloke sings "Ahh ahh ahh" in the background

I've just asked dh if he remembered this and he laughed for about ten minutes and then looked at me like this
