For the last few weeks, I've found myself really clenching my arse all the time. Standing up is worst, when I'm cooking or brushing my teeth etc, but also when I'm just sitting on the sofa. I realise I'm doing it again, and then release and feel my bum actually relax.
I've tried a nice, relaxing bath, a bit of a pummelling, exercise, but nothing seems to be working. It's like a constant low-level ache now from being all tensed up.
Can anyone give me some top arse-unclenching tips?
