Apps for co-parents after separation

Hi - just to ask if anyone can recommend any apps/shared calendars for parents who are separating?

Thought it might help with communication, provide clarity & avoid fights.

We use Dropbox to share files. We have a Word doc calendar of the year with holidays and about 4 months planned ahead showing whose day is whose and put in when we have friends or family visits so others can (not) work around it, events like birthdays or school things.
