Video making app

Any recommendations for a video making app for free on Samsung phones? I just want to make a video putting together some clips for a birthday. Only about a minute or 2. But with pop music not random music. I tried tik tok but can only get it to do 15 seconds sadly even when I choose a minute song! Any ideas?

I see that the topic is quite old, but I would like to share information about the guys from zelios.agency/ who helped me with the video. They helped create a video for the people I love and got them excited about the video. They helped with everything, music, effects and ets. They can also help with business videos, just take note.
