Hi. I am 46 and in perimenopause. I get hot flashes, not much sleep and alot of dryness. I started the combined pill and everything got better except the dryness. Someone suggested I try Ovestin cream, so I got it online. My question is can I use this cream along side my combined pill.? I feel stupid for asking as nothing online, so is the answer obvious and Im just missing the point
