Urgg stuck Kitchen Aid hook attachement!

Tried everything- oil, warm compress by doesn’t shift. Any ideas?

As in stuck in the mixer?

Warm oil & tip upside down maybe so it gets right to the top of the attachment?

Is it snowing where you are? Put it outside for a bit (watertight) and see if the cold helps the metal to contract.

Yes freezing here - (-2)

I’m spraying WD-40and shifting it slowly- I think flour has got stuck in there somewhere and is not letting the attachment shift

I've had this. I did manage to shift it eventually. There was some gunk in the mechanism.

Yes I did it- yes it was some flour sticking the holder and the hook together- it needed liberal amounts of WD40 and my husband giving it couple of hard ‘bangs’
