How to celebrate Valentine's Day with 4 teenagers watching???

Just that really. Have 4 kids 13 yrs to 20 yrs who are all back at home due to lockdown .....all at home 24/7. Am having big lunch/ dinner on Sunday with my mother (78yrs ) and my 4 almost grown up children and dh but would love to do something special for myself and dh. Normally we would go away for night or 2 around Valentine's or my older kids would be out so I could gave nice romantic meal with dh but obviously that's not possible this year. Suggested a takeaway and my kids all thought that was great idea but don't fancy sharing with 4 strapping savages! Don't get me wrong, am actually loving sharing mealtimes with all my kids ( normally away at college etc) but would love to make Valentine's evening special with my dh . Any ideas would be greatly received!

Start snogging, they'll soon clear off and give you some peace Grin

We are just having a family night. My two teens have boyfriends they’re not seeing and to be honest it’s more shit for them than us.

That's true Harry. My dd 20 , won't see her boyfriend, and feel bad for her, but would still like to mark the day . We got engaged Valentine's day 23 years ago so would like to mark it in some way. Will do the family Valentine's meal and evening 💕......but would like to do something special. Might suggest an early night but 2 of our kids stay up late watching TV so don't fancy leaving sitting room to go to our bedroom ,while they are downstairs watching TV! Might suggest breakfast in bed as no kids rise at weekend before 11am!!
