How many chocolate bars would you eat if they didn't make you fat?

(or rot your teeth or anything else negative)

I could get through twenty a day no problem. I don't have issues with getting full or feeling queasy like some people - I'm more your bottomless-pit type of gal. Those people who say they can't manage a whole creme egg without feeling sick are like aliens to me - I'd need to be well into double figures before that happened.

Urrgghh I meant call me miserable.

Firebird83 · 12/02/2021 22:54

All of them. Which is pretty much what I do these days.

DenisetheMenace · 12/02/2021 22:55

None, don’t like chocolate. Crisps though, different issue entirely. Can eat 3 or 4 “sharing” bags and still have room for more 🥴

NormandySR1 · 12/02/2021 22:58

Any i could get my hands on. Can we include cake too? Preferably chocolate orange.

ContessaDiPulpo · 12/02/2021 22:58

I think you ought to do it OP, just for one day. Go nuts and eat them all. I'm currently on a diet and craving nuts; I am seriously considering just eating 100 g of nuts (630 cal) for breakfast one of these days and seeing if that kills the craving. Bet it doesn't Sad

ContessaDiPulpo · 12/02/2021 22:59

Just realised I said go nuts. I've got them on the brain!!

M0rT · 12/02/2021 23:04

The whole of Mr Wonka's factory output for a year!
I think it's very funny that someone said you start early you could get three or four in....I could eat four for breakfast alone if I let myself!

fluffi · 12/02/2021 23:09

Soooo many ... probably a couple of kgs-worth?

Breakfast - medium easter egg
Early morning - few large pouches of malterers
Mid morning - Tin of celebrations
Lunch - 400g galaxy slab,
Afternoon - Some Bounties, tub of heros
Dinner - Large Fruit and Nut
Evening - Loads of mini eggs and another easter egg.

clpsmum · 12/02/2021 23:12

@MeltedCioccolato I have found my people!!! I don't feel sick either I could eat as many as you throw at me. Those people who save half a bar WTAF I find them offensive!

clpsmum · 12/02/2021 23:13

@OverTheRainbow88 I actually think I love you!

CherryBlossomTree7 · 12/02/2021 23:14

Probably only two, like two creme eggs or two toffee crisps.

I could devour 20 + packets of crisps a day though.

ShakespearesSisters · 12/02/2021 23:14

I've eaten half a jar of Nutella (the 1kg one) and 5 creme eggs in the last two days. My work dress is starting to feel like a straight jacket. If no consequences I doubt there would be anything left in that jar within a hour or so.

ToooOldForThis · 12/02/2021 23:17

Oh goodness all of it, as much as they could make.
It rots my insides these daysEnvy (not envy), I'm sure whatever they've changed about the dairy milk recipe includes adding a laxative!
But I'm presuming in this fantasy land that won't happen either, so the answer is ALL OF IT

RagzReturnsRebooted · 12/02/2021 23:21

I could probably manage 400g,spread over the day. So, 2 large 200g bars but they'd have to have nuts in (I've been known to eat a 100g bar of cheap happy shopper fruit and nut in bed at 1am), I can eat more if there's something savoury in it.
Though I could probably eat 500 malteaser bunnies.

I'm low carb now though so 85% cocoa lindt is in the cupboard and though I had some the first few nights and it's lovely, I'm not craving chocolate any more. Not even fruit and nut. Until this thread, anyway...

MeltedCioccolato · 13/02/2021 05:46

Agree with whoever upthread said Cadbury's is not the same these days. My fantasy chocolate bar list above was based on how twirls and wispas etc used to taste.

Sorry to the people this thread has upset/offended - it was supposed to be a bit of fun!

I love crisps too and sometimes I am in more of a savoury mood. If the same no getting fat guarantee applied to gorging on crisps then for me it would be old fashioned Walker's all day long - I can take or leave "posh" crisps.

If I could eat dairy, I'd eat all the Reece peanut butter cups in the world

movinggoalposts · 13/02/2021 06:02

I’ve started eating a big bar of chocolate per day. I blame lockdown and shielding. I have no need to wear anything that isn’t either elasticated or oversized so I no longer care if my normal clothes fit. I’m in for a hell of a shock when this is all over.

JumpLeadsForTwo · 13/02/2021 06:05

I could eat several share bags of coop salt and vinegar crisps, but I think my lips would fall off

Frazzlefrazle · 13/02/2021 06:09

How funny my husband bought a huge bar of chocolate from lidl basically oreo smooshed inside 2 slabs of milk choc anyway I did a stupid thing and checked the cals which instantly put me off so I only had 2 squares. I was saying I can't believe they are allowed to sell this blah blah blah how bad it is for people and he said well no one could eat this own their own in one day! I was like I absolutely could the only reason I'm not is because it would make me put on weight. It was 300g and I would have shovelled that in my mouth in about a hour. I just don't get that sick feeling, my husband was adamant if any one ate it all the would be sick.

Any way I could eat about 30 twirls in one day, no doubt.

There was a poster, I think sometime last year, who experimented with only eating crisps for as long as possible. I think she only lasted two or three days.

JumpLeadsForTwo · 13/02/2021 10:59

How long do you think it took till she had crisps again?!
