Anyone else suffering really bad customer service with Lego.com? Have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to chase an order I placed in January that arrived from the EU (according to their tracking) and has been sat inside a warehouse “in transit” for 12 days.
Emails will not be replied to within 10 days, and live chat is disabled.
DS aged 7, has ranted at me that Legonjave stolen his Christmas money and he hates Lego forever.
Anyone else had enough of sodding Lego, it’s bad enough I stand on the bloody stuff every time I enter DS room.
