Lego seriously poor customer service

Anyone else suffering really bad customer service with Lego.com? Have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to chase an order I placed in January that arrived from the EU (according to their tracking) and has been sat inside a warehouse “in transit” for 12 days.

Emails will not be replied to within 10 days, and live chat is disabled.

DS aged 7, has ranted at me that Legonjave stolen his Christmas money and he hates Lego forever.

Anyone else had enough of sodding Lego, it’s bad enough I stand on the bloody stuff every time I enter DS room.

Yesn DH bought 2 expensive sets at Christmas (for himself!) and both had missing pieces, which is rare. He’s very meticulous so didn’t lose them. We’re still waiting for the replacement pieces to turn up after almost 2 months...

I’ve had the opposite tbh, two pieces missing from DS Lego set at Christmas, replacement piece received 2 weeks later.

I've always had really good service from them. Replacement pieces have arrived within a week of ordering them.

I had pretty awful service from them last summer after placing an order and paying for an item that they then couldn't deliver. They didn't want to know when I contacted them.

Finally got through, they tried to blame it on Brexit, yet tracking said it had left EU 2 days after the order and is somewhere in Oldbury...

Upshot is that they are sending another set. I have to send back the original order if it ever turns up.

They need some serious investment in customer service. I had an issue with a Disney store order the other day and all sorted via live chat in less than 10 minutes. A replacement was sent and told not to worry about sending back the defective items.
