My DH is an absolute technophobe. He's had a text from 02 re going paperless (good idea in my opinion). However he doesn't want this. I've tried the usual internet numbers but wondered if anyone has a number which will actually answer/not cut him off etc. I'm with EE and never had a problem but 02 seems to be a bit different.
Any help greatly appreciated.
