Decaf Coffee Beans

Hi all,

I've just acquired a coffee grinder and wondering what decaf beans people would recommend.

We have a bean to cup machine, but we keep the non-decaf in that so I needed a separate grinder for my decaf (I've been using ground so far).

My favourite supermarket ground coffee is Lavazza, but I'm generally not greatly knowledgable about coffee so I've bought whatever is on offer and experimented. They've all been ok, but the Lavazza I find stronger than average, which I like.

Can anyone recommend a decaf coffee available in beans? Somewhere that do delivery, preferably. And not too expensive because I get through a lot of it!

Rave do a nice decaf but it is quite pricy so for everyday drinking I use Grindhouse (do not mistake with Grind - both roasters but different companies) swiss water decaf. Very very nice.

Is it this one @WatchWatch?

I'll give it a go, thanks.

Yes that one. The Murano is nice as well.

What grinder do you have? A lot of the flavour is to do with the size of the grind - if you find it bitter you need a finer grind.

I've only got a basic electric blade grinder, it was a present. It just has an on/off button, no way to change settings. I haven't tried it out yet.

I could invest in a better one if necessary. I feel it probably will be necessary!
