I’ve just heard shouting in my street so had a peek out my curtains (because I can’t sleep) and saw two blokes on bikes, each pushing another bike. The shouting appeared to be because one of them couldn’t push his one along (which looked like quite a small one) and pedal the one he was riding at the same time.
The other guy seemed to be carrying something metallic across his lap but it’s dark so it could’ve been anything. I just noticed it catch the street lamp light.
It looked and felt odd, like they might’ve stolen these bikes. But would they steal a bike whilst riding a bike? Unless they’ve stolen all of them? Plus their faces weren’t covered and the fact they were shouting seems to suggest they weren’t worried about drawing attention.
I feel a bit daft phoning 101 and going- I’ve seen something odd. So I was thinking I could check SM local groups in the morning and see if anything is mentioned on there? Or should I flag it now?
