Elusive Fig Recipe

A few months ago, I cooked a wonderful fig starter. It used dried figs rather than fresh, which were wrapped in prosciutto/parma ham, and stuffed with blue cheese and baked in the oven. I'm sure cocktail sticks and balsamic glaze also starred...

Having taken DP's advice to clear out my search history, my wonderful fig recipe eludes me ...

I really want to do them on Valentine's Day as a treat for myself Smile

Can anyone help?

No wonder it was elusive! It was dates instead of figs and I found it ... I think I got one ingredient right out of five 😁
