silver cross footrest

Hello!
The footrest on my silver cross pop has snapped! After a quick Google it looks like it can't be replaced,, is that correct?
It's second hand so can't take back to store sadly.

Bumping again as I had it repaired by silver cross but sadly it's broken again!!
I've had a look on eBay to see if I can buy a replacement but unfortunately can't find one.
Thanks all! I'm waiting for silver cross to get back to me. They repaired it complementary last time (should have been £60!!) but I can't see them offering a free repair again.

Just to clarify, its the rubber strap part to rest feet on.
