Asda grocery delivery - no show

Had a delivery booked for yesterday evening between 8 and 10.
It didn’t arrive but is still showing as out for delivery.

I have tried ringing my local store for advice, first time got a recorded message saying they were too busy to take calls, now just cuts off straight away.

I found a phone number online but it is no longer in use.

Please does anyone have contact details for chasing this? Happy to ring, email or live chat.

Tweet them! I had the same issue, it randomly claimed to have been delivered half-way through the next day.

I tweeted them and they refunded me and gave me a £10 e-voucher.

We had an automated call yesterday from an 0115 number to say ours was cancelled.
