Fabulously weird, what does that actually mean?

I'd see it as a compliment. They see it as you are quirky and they love and accept that.

IME it's an expression which means that you are considered eccentric/odd/strange, but in a way that is endearing rather than repellant.

Eg: Paloma Faith is often described as 'fabulously weird', whereas Jacob Rees-Mogg is just 'weird' as well as a toff twat but that's a different thread
