Voucher as a gift - but what?

I'm after a thank you gift for a mid 20s female who I know professionally rather than personally, so I'm thinking a voucher is the safest bet, but where for? I was originally thinking love to shop or similar but they're very limited for online use, and feels a bit impersonal.
