Lumps in my neck - what could it be?

I’ve recently restarted the pill, and have come up with acne - have a huge boil/carbuncle on my chin - about the size of a cherry tomato with four heads to it .

I’ve been feeling a bit rough/shaky with it, and tonight have felt two bigger lumps in my neck - both firm, round and fixed . Both directly below my chin . I’m assuming they’re swollen glands? No chance I’ve got mumps or anything as haven’t been anywhere . Actually thought one might just be my larynx but it’s quite painful/bruised feeling!

Is it worth ringing the GP tomorrow, or just hope it’s better in a few days? Suspect it just needs antibiotics .

Any form of lump needs checking. Call GP in the morning.

I had a lump in my neck that turned out to be something serious (though it was different to how you describe yours). I don't say that to scare or frighten you, I really don't but please don't leave it.

I get lumps on my neck when I'm ill and yes even from a massive spot before. Swollen glands are really common for me
