Has anyone bought a weighted blanket to help with anxiety/sensory overload? I'm looking into buying one to help with my ASD-based sensory issues but there are so many on the market and they all seem expensive.
I've seen some for about £25 from The Works/Home Bargains but not sure how good they'd be.
