I can't be the only person who bloody hates this shit? Please tell me I'm not.

Now, I'm all for a bit of encouragement, before someone calls me a miserable old boot, but what's wrong with a perfectly respectable 'I hope it all goes well'?

I have a friend who has started business page on FB and I genuinely wish her well. So far I've seen a 'you go girl!' followed by lots of these 💪💪💪💪, a couple of 'you've got this' and a 'this girl can!'.

What the fuck are these people on about? My 'wishing you all the best in your new venture' sounds somewhat lame ... 😁

Up until recently I worked with someone like this. She looks fairly normal but I cannot begin to describe some of the shit she comes out with on social media and the staff whatsapp group. #goals #boom #nailedit #mumsrock

Nothing much since last night apart from a lengthy essay about 'never dulling your sparkle'. I should say there are lots of very sensible 'Good Luck' and 'Wishing you all the best' messages too so it's not all inspirational quotes.

@wendyleen hashtags are fucking awful. I have a cousin who photographs every single evening meal followed by #feedingmyfamily. Every single day.

God I’m glad that ‘straighten your crown queen’ stuff from a couple of year ago has passed a little.

YANBU at all OP, I totally agree with you and all you grumpy buggers, it's all so nauseating. I can't stand "Rainbow bridge" either, and when my dog died a friend photoshopped him onto a pic of a rainbow bridge, complete with sparkles 🙄😆 It was almost worse than pooch dying! 😉
