What are Biscuiteer biscuits like?

Are they hard or soft?

They are quite hard. Like a firm gingerbread man sort of texture but not a gingerbread taste if that makes sense.

I’ve had two lots, and although the packaging and decorations are beautiful the actual biscuits are pretty awful. Quite stodgy, more like a pastry than a biscuit. Like when you give a bit of pastry to a child to play with and it ends up solid when baked. I was not impressed . I thought the first batch were unlucky, but the second batch were just the same.

We had one of their gingerbread houses. It was very tasty. Quite firm but not snappy.
