Helpful herbal teas?

I'm biting the bullet and giving up caffeine (various boring reasons), but I want some nice, high quality herbal tea recommendations that might give me a similar lift. Something that'll do me good and not taste bitter or cat pissy like the fruit ones do. Grateful for any recommendations

Pukka Matcha Green. Delicious and quite addictive as well as good for you.

All other herbal teas are shite

Oh sorry you don't want caffeine. In which case I agree with the PP - that cleanse one is really quite nice.

Pukka teas are great and do mixed boxes

yogi - they do a nice selection of spice infusions. I currently have a ginger&tumeric one on the go.
roibos as (almost) substitute for black tea?

I really like the Pukka night time one as a last drink in the evening.

Some of the teas in this range are nice. The turmeric and the beetroot are surprisingly good.

Some have vitamins in them too.

If one of your boring reasons for avoiding caffeine is high blood pressure, hibiscus is good and tastes nice. Also, if you do want to lower your BP, avoid teas with licorice in (a lot of them have it) as it may have the opposite effect.

As its spring (ish) you could get yourself a little mint or lemon balm plant. Keep it in a pot outside it will grow away like mad.
You just boil a few leaves whenever you want plus you feel pleasantly witchy while doing so.
Nettles too when they're young (and not pissed on)
Very good for you

Cinnamon tea: tastes nice, warming and I swear it is good for your skin...

The night one is good for sleep. The taste is yukky though.

I find pukka use a lot of Liquorice root.

I got a box of the English tea company varieties as a stocking present this year and was very surprised to really enjoy their green tea with pomegranate. I usually don't like green tea much.

Tick tock do a nice caffeine free Earl grey and chai if you still want a milky tea.

I've read several times that a glass of water and an apple first thing in the morning is as refreshing and will wake you up as much as a cup of coffee. When you've got rid of caffeine from your system you'll find you don't feel anywhere near as groggy in the mornings so I think it is true, a bit of rehydration and a tiny kick of sugar can do the job.

Mint or lemon flavour teas are definitely my favourite. You can get fairly cheap supermarket own brand ones that are just as nice as the pukka ones, and with far less packaging.

Another vote for Pukka here. I started off with their mixed boxes which are nice, but have homed in on the Night time one (dark blue).

I love peppermint tea, could drink it by the bucket load. If you want nicer then go for teapigs or pukka but to be honest I drink the cheap stuff.

I like peppermint, rooibos with lemon and ginger and jasmine tea. I don't think jasmine tea is caffeine free, I just like the taste.
