I bought a collagen powder. The instructions says to mix a scoop into water or juice. Another of the instruction pictures shows a steamy plate.
Just after mixing a scoop into a glass of cold water. I knocked it down but lord almighty it was horrible.
Would taking a scoop of collagen to warm or hot water be better?
Or could I add it to a soup?
What kind of a juice would be nice? Maybe a vegetable juice like a carrot juice.
What I had was truly vile.
