Tonight is a rare occasion since lockdown. Everyone in my household loves spaghetti bolognaise except for me. Usually they would have it if I’m out with friends, however my lack of lockdown social life means occasionally they have it and I have dinner for one. They all look at me like they feel sorry for me... I bloody love it!
Tonight is chicken wrapped in Parma ham with M&S rostis, roast baby plum tomatoes and spinach.
