How much bubble bath to put in the bath?

It’s lockdown, and as I’m not getting out that much the smaller things in life give me something to ponder.

How long does a bottle of shower gel/bubble bath/washing up liquid last you? Me and DP have different expectations and while it’s not going to be the end of us, I’d quite like to know if I’m right ;)

I’ve uploaded our bottle of bubble bath to ask how many baths do you think this has lasted?

I like lots of bubbles and smell, so if it isn't a £££ one, I would be having 3 or more capfuls of that.

I like those Imperial Leather ones as they only cost £1 so you can be as extravagant as you like. There should be enough bubbles in a bath to ensure that if you're startled and stand straight up in the bath you'll still have enough bubbles concealing your unmentionables.

I'd say that bottle has bubbled four bathtimes.

Probably 15-20 baths for me! I have bubbles pretty much every time I have a bath, but I prefer to use a small-ish dribble (maybe a capful equivalent) but I find if the water is running warm and fast a small amount makes a lot of bubbles!

If you want to get technical it depends on your water pressure as to how much bubble bath is needed per bath...

I have to use lots to get a decent amount of bubbles as our water is really hard so 3-4 times I would guess.

The above would be around 2-4 baths (max) for me 😬 (maybe one if I was being consciously ott)

Some bubble baths are more concentrated than others.

6 I would say, but then I use the shower head to fill the bath as that seems to maximise bubbles

I don't like many bubbles in my bath, to be honest. I find if you put a really generous slug in then it just feels really greasy and oily.

A bottle lasts me ages! I probably put in about as much bubble bath as I would use of shampoo for hair washing. A small capful.

That bottle would last me 12 baths minimum at a guess! I’m not stingy with it either (I didn’t think). We do have quite an aggressive tap though, and it’s not a mixer so twice the agitation

I don't like many bubbles do that bottle would last about 15 baths. I buy posh stuff, quality rather than quantity, lol

Not sure if you're asking how many baths it has already done or how many it has left.

I use about 2 capfuls per bath.

That would do 12 baths or more so has probably been used for 8 or so? Depends on how hard the water is and how much pressure the water has going in to make the bubbles as it runs.

When I lived in a soft water areas it would have made 20 or more & if you put too much in you can’t lie back & you’d end up having to have a shower to get all the soap off after, hate that!

Probably only 4 baths here. But we have really hard water so need more product to get decent bubbles- same with shampoo and shower gel.

Goodness me, I don't know if there's something wrong with our water here but I used that much in one bath at the weekend and didn't find that many bubbles! I usually use half a bottle of that exact BB in each bath 🛀
