Soo I think I've accidentally put clip on earrings in my piercings and they've got stuck...
My DH bought me a necklace and earrings set and I've just used them for the first time today. I managed to easily get them in the piercing holes and now I can't get them out.
They don't have backs like normal earrings. I tried getting them out and it caused a lot of pain!

I can't believe I didn't realise they were clip on ones earlier BlushSad . They're metal so I didn't even consider that.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get them out?

Thanks

You have lost me completely.

I struggle to get normal post or wire earrings in. How the ruddy chuff did you manage a clip?????

Have you got/ can you get any lube? I used to know someone who stretched their ear piercings, and that's what they used when going up to the next size. Might be worth a try.

Are you sure the backs aren't screw on?

Why am I also now thinking about a fish slice. Leverage? Wink

I'd numb your ear thoroughly first with ice and then lubricate the ear and the back post. You poor thing- it's made my toes go funny!

If they went in they must be able to come out? As PP said, try lube or something similar.

Hi all guess in my panic I didn't describe things very well (lol)

The earring hoops came apart and clicked back together. When I was a kid , I had clip on earrings which did the same thing (hence me thinking that I'd been incredibly stupid in putting them in my piercings Blush🤣)

My husband got them out eventually lol so problem solved , thanks for replying
