Sky movies-worth having?

We have Netflix, prime, and Disney+ and basic sky. Is it worth the extra cost?
I have VIP on sky as far as I know but forgot about it so never think to look at it. We are of course watching more tv in lockdown and do likely a weekly family movie night.

Depends what kind of films you want to watch. We had it for a year and I found all the films to be horrors, or about murders, kidnappings, negative stuff - not my kind of thing so only watched about 2 films on it.

So you have just a sky tv sub or broadband and the full works?

I don't have sky tv or sky broadband etc but I pay for NowTv which is supplied by sky.
I have the entertainment and cinema packages. I have the cinema package running permanently and add the entertainment as and when something comes on that I want to watch as it is too much to have it permanently because I don't watch it that often.
I also have Netflix and prime but with Prime I cancel and then take it out again as and when I need it to keep costs down and not paying for subs I don't use.

Buying movies on Prime is probably a fair bit cheaper than Sky movies.

We have Sky Movies for £6 a month through Now TV. We don't have the Now TV subscription, but use the stick for the other apps and had the movies on a discounted trial and then cancelled and then got offered half price for a year or something else pretty good.

There's a good mix of films on there, eg Pixar, newish stuff and old classics.

I recently got rid of Sky movies - having had it for a couple of years, I found it to be very repetitive. We get much more use out of Prime.
