Playhouse recommendations

I have DD 2 and another baby on the way and would like to buy a playhouse for our garden. I'm not sure whether a wooden or plastic one would be best. I like the look of the wooden ones but I feel like a plastic one with perhaps an attached kitchen or bench like the Smoby ones would be more fun and a bit safer for them?

Any recommendations much appreciated! Budget of under £200.

When I looked at them the smoby one were very short. I would see if you can get a second hand little tykes one.
