An Ocado question re delivery slots

Can anyone help?

I have midweek delivery but haven't used them recently till last week.

Last week I managed to get a slot easily in the same week. (It's for my elderly aunt.)

Now, I can't see any slots till beginning march.

Previously, ( last lockdown) I had to wait almost a week after a delivery before I could see the next slots free.

But now?

Are they releasing slots on a timed basis depending when you had a delivery OR are the slots just booked weeks ahead?

I have midweek delivery but haven't used them recently till last week.

I have a midweek delivery saver which I've had for years, and obviously got some kind of priority before, but lately for myself I've been going to the local supermarkets.

I have a anytime smart pass and can see up to the 23rd Feb. It will let me pick one slot a week at the moment but has to be 7 days after last.

I don’t have a delivery pass with Ocado but in the last three weeks I’ve been able to get a delivery every week. I first ordered on Monday and exactly one week after to the hour after I last ordered, I can see slots three days ahead. Very limited tho, so this week, I could only see slots on a Thursday which is a week after my last delivery.
I have a delivery pass with Tesco, which allows me to see slots in the next four weeks. The fourth week is only for pass holders so has good availability if you plan ahead.

I reckon I might see something with Ocado if I wait till Weds or Thursday this week (last delivery was Thursday last week.)

I also have a pass with Tesco but they were booked for 3weeks (I think a lot may depend on the actual location as I'm ordering for 2 older people and they are in different areas.)

I think it really depends on your area. I have a midweek pass too and I can see slots for this weekend, and slots in each week all the way into March. I do have slots already booked and paid for every Wednesday in February though - maybe that helps the visibility?

I have a weekly slot but sometimes I need a top up one. Some days I can see no slots, but I keep checking and suddenly a lot show up. I would keep checking multiple times a day if I were you.
