I need to set up a zoom meeting. I have an account, but the other person doesn't. I know that when ds2 had a zoom beaver meeting, we didn't need an account to join it, but when ds1 had a cub meeting, we had to create an account.
How do I set up the meeting so that the other person can just join without needing an account?
I've never set one up before

If you schedule/start a meeting and send the other person the invitation link, they just need to click on that link. They will be prompted to download/open Zoom, but there should be another option towards the bottom of the page to "join with browser" or something. They will then be asked to enter their name, then about whether to join with computer video/audio etc., and that's it. Zoom does try to prompt you to download the program and create an account, but you shouldn't have to.
