Launderettes -Are they open?

There is one on my bus route but I cannot tell if it is open or not. Obvs I can walk down there to find out, but can anyone who normally uses one let me know please?

We have an 'in house' laundry system but it requires a card to top up and at the moment I cannot find it!

It should be. They've been allowed to stay open throughout every lockdown.

The one near me is open. I would have thought that being able to wash your clothes (if you don't own a washing machine) would be seen as an essential service.

Local one is open but locked you have to call first.

Mine is open once a week... just saturdays but they post a number to call for 'laundry emergencies'

Our local one is open, I had to use it during the first lock down to get a duvet washed.

Just remember to take enough pound coins with you and some washing powder!
