Has anyone had an issue with the formula? What have you done that could help as its making is really worry about her she can't keep being in pain :-(

Yes, let me first offer you a hug as it is so so hard and unless you've had a baby like this it's hard to understand the impact it can have. Secondly I'll just say you will get through this and it will end.

For my LO it was cows milk and soya allergy. They had no skin problems or anything but unrelenting colic and a defjnate pattern of crying at and after feeds with horrible horrible reflux. Aptamil milk and Hipp formula made it emmesly worse with diarhhea etc.

It might not be in your babies case, that's just our experience but I would just say trust your gut xxx

Does it only happen in the evening? Or throughout the day? If the first, then yes possibly colic. If thought the day, could be something else. My LO got constipated on aptamil so we changed her to Kendalmil. She actually ended up having CMPA so we have prescription milk but she had more symptoms than just crying.
She did just used to cry for a while in the evening,it's the well known witching hour for many babies.

I think they consider it colic if it's crying 3 hours a day,3 times a week for longer than a week. You could also try colief as that seems to work for a lot of babies x

Bless you, my son was like this. We changed his formula to HIPP organic colic milk and it made so much difference. Keep her upright, bounce on your birthing ball as the motion will distract her. It will pass xxx

Sorry your LG is going through this OP. We too used Colief for 3 months and switched to Dr Browns bottles at 3 weeks. The combination of the two seemed to have made a difference as LO was like a different baby afterwards. Infacol did nothing to us unfortunately :(

DS was like this, is was absolutely horiffic so you have much sympathy from me.

We changed him onto aptamil comfort milk and it did help, the phrase 'this too shall pass' also helped. Hang in there!

Aptimal didn’t agree with my boy either. Cow and gate does though even through all formula supposed to be same
