Hi, just wondering if anyone here has experience of what happens if you have paused a broadband contract with BT with the intention of staring it up again within the 60 day period (due to moving house) but then are unable to.
DS has been told he will have to pay the £300 cancellation fee. BT say they need a new address to connect to but he has decided to stay with us rather than move straight away. Can he just go back to paying the monthly amount even though the service won't have been resumed? Or can they force him to pay the whole £300 at once.
