I'm trying to make some changes in my life, mainly around food, exercise and sleep, but also around productivity and how I use my time. Doing pretty well on the healthy lifestyle front at the moment, but much less so on productivity and self discipline around how I use my time.
I thought it might help if I planned some treats/rewards for myself as an incentive to get stuff done, but I'm drawing a bit of a blank. My usual idea of a reward is cake or chocolate
but I'm trying to re-programme myself with regard to how I eat, so that's not an option. Lockdown obviously puts a bit more of a limit on what I can do, added to which I lost my job last year so money is tight.
Any suggestions of little treats/rewards that I could promise myself to help me stay on track? Need to be cheap, non-edible and lockdown-proof. All I have come up with so far is a nice bubble bath or watching a film...
