How do you treat/reward yourself?

I'm trying to make some changes in my life, mainly around food, exercise and sleep, but also around productivity and how I use my time. Doing pretty well on the healthy lifestyle front at the moment, but much less so on productivity and self discipline around how I use my time.

I thought it might help if I planned some treats/rewards for myself as an incentive to get stuff done, but I'm drawing a bit of a blank. My usual idea of a reward is cake or chocolate Blush but I'm trying to re-programme myself with regard to how I eat, so that's not an option. Lockdown obviously puts a bit more of a limit on what I can do, added to which I lost my job last year so money is tight.

Any suggestions of little treats/rewards that I could promise myself to help me stay on track? Need to be cheap, non-edible and lockdown-proof. All I have come up with so far is a nice bubble bath or watching a film...

Join a book club - I've signed up to the shelter book club and it's great - I love reading the books, chatting online and joining / watching the zooms

Beauty treats via Amazon or Ebay?
A nice hand cream or lip balm - doesn't have to be expensive.
A new book for kindle?
An hour on MN or just idly browsing Pinterest/Instagram I
A FaceTime chat with a friend
A walk to get a takeout drink - doesn't have to be high calorie - could just be an Americano or Tea

Oh, that's a good idea @PandemicPalava. Thank you, I'll definitely look into that.

Baths are good. Clothes are my weakness. I'm rather fat at the moment, but losing weight, or starting to. But even when I'm fat I love clothes. If you're planning to lose so much that you don't fit in your current size then something like a handbag maybe? That would be a good incentive for me.

Maybe a lovely candle or something else nice for home spa type thing?

Ha, I'm a sucker for handbags @HenriettaHeffalump, so that would definitely work. Avoiding clothes for now as I'm trying to lose weight.

Home spa sounds like a lovely idea.
