What do you want for your birthday?

It’s my birthday soon, but we’ll be in lockdown. DP has asked me what I want as he is really struggling (usually he’ll pay for a day out and then buy little bits). The only thing I can think of is that I love Lush products and would like a couple of those (although limited as we don’t have a bath).
I’d like a voucher for a spa nearby but who knows when they’ll open.

So....

What would be on your list?

Dull and practical but I'd really like a set of decent knives & have just been researching them online .

What about suggesting Spa vouchers for when they open up (but don't buy them yet) and something like DH cooking you a special meal with a nice bottle of your favourite wine/fizz (or takeaway if he's not a good cook!)

It's mine soon to and I was whinging that I hate that question.

Ragwort- I bought my son knives for Christmas. That’s what he asked for.
My birthday is soon so I’ve asked all mine to club together and get me a new bbq. Dreaming of a nice summer.

Ragworth and Strugglingtodomybest I would recommend Miyabi knives, we have a set and they are incredible. They’re pricey but excellent quality and make chopping, slicing etc so so easy, I love them.

For my birthday I would love a weekend away somewhere warm and sunny. I need something to look forward to when all this is over and I’m desperate for some sunshine

Almost my birthday too. We don't have any money right now but if we did I'd love sheepskin slippers, a good frying pan, posh bedlinen, or a new travel mug.

It’s mine very soon too, I’ve asked for my favourite perfume. I was fortunate to get so many lovely presents that I don’t actually need anything at the moment. I only have some perfume from
Lidl so I thought I’d ask for my favourite, it will be a nice little boost putting it on each day especially during lockdown.
We’re going to order tapas from a local restaurant and have some bubbly.

Mine is t till May but I'm asking dh for a camera. All I do is go for walks so I think I'd like to take some nice photos while I'm walking 😂

My husband bought me some beautiful silver bangles that he had designed for me, some trees for the garden and some new garden hand tools, also some flowers.
Jewellery and something for the garden is always a hit! Last year we had to cancel the birthday present concert he booked for me due to Covid. I hadn't reckoned on it being a full year and still nothing like that, but oh well!

I want a treadmill, a bbq, some small tart casings or some sapphire jewellery.
