Does anyone have the Minecraft board game? Builders and Biomes

My 7yo is interested in this game but it's 10+.

Does anyone have this game and would say it's suitable for a bright 7/8 yo?

He has definitely played some games before their official age in the past, but didn't want anything extremely complicated. It's £30 so a lot to spend of his saved up pocket money if it's not suitable.

My DD got it for her 10th birthday recently, we've only played it once. It was fairly complicated but to be honest she 'got it' the best as she is the Minecraft fan - it made sense to her whereas the rest of us were battling with new terminology.

My boys love Minecraft and got it for Christmas. Played it once, didn't make any sense. Don't think we'll play again

Mmmh, not sounding good so far!

My two are 5 and 7, both played it fine, although the 5 year old needed some guidance (which he ignored anyway!).

My 9 and 10 year olds play it. It's fun actually.

Thanks very much!

It's brilliant I love it! Got it for my 11yo but 7yo DD joins in and enjoys it too. It takes ages to set up but keeps them occupied for ages.
