Please help me contact hobbycraft and hermes

Kids ordered a load of stuff from hobbycraft two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Should have come a week ago.

I tried contacting hermes but it said my order number was incorrect (taken off my email from them so it is right) and its only a bot or recorded message.

Ive tried phoning hobbycraft, messaging them on Facebook, via Twitter, emailing them. Having no luck at all.

Anyone got any ideas?

You need to go through hobbycraft, not Hermes. Was there an automated email response with an 72 hour reply timeline (or similar)? Has it gone to junk?

If all else fails then claim back through your card company/PayPal

Hi yes I did go through hobbycraft by every means possible! I did have a response via facebook messenger but no further response. I didnt pay via credit card or PayPal it was via debit card. Can I claim it back that way?

The email was via a contact us form
